+ All pens are made to order. All orders will be shipped 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed. 

+ If we cannot meet your order on time you will be contacted with updated shipping times. 

+ All orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items, although we will do our best to assist you.

+ Once shipped, delivery date will be determined by USPS.

+ If an order is marked as ‘delivered’, but you haven’t received it please contact your local USPS office.
